General Requirements (Applicable to All Roles)
- Work during UK business hours .
- Attend mandatory daily stand-up meetings (approximately 20–30 minutes via Slack). - NON NEGOTIABLE
- Camera must remain ON during all meetings with colleagues, clients, and management. - NON NEGOTIABLE
- Maintain a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Present a professional appearance during video meetings.
- Avoid AI-generated work; prioritize authentic, human-created content and communication.
- Collaborate effectively with other virtual assistants and team members
