About the Role

As a key member of our parts team, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers' machinery running smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to develop your skills, make a real impact for customers, and contribute to the success of a high-performing dealership team.

What you will do

You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week within our core business days and hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and also participate in a roster to provide on-call support to Norwood customers.

Working with premium brands including Kubota, Kuhn and Landini your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Source, sell and supply parts efficiently, using your technical knowledge to support customers and minimise machine downtime.

- Maintain high service levels by managing purchasing, stock orders, transfers, invoicing and inventory control.

- Ensure accurate record keeping within our dealer management system and contribute to a well-organised, efficient parts operation.

- Support the wider dealership team with machine preparation, parts deliveries and day-to-day parts department activities as required.

- Confidence using technology and business systems, including Microsoft Office and dealer management or inventory systems.

- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

- A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking ownership of your own responsibilities.
