Logistics Package Owner

As Site Logistics Package Owner, you will lead and coordinate all logistics operations for a large-scale hyperscale data center project. You will ensure efficient movement of people, materials, equipment, and construction resources while maintaining the highest standards of safety and project execution.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Take ownership of all site logistics activities throughout project execution.
- Develop and implement site logistics strategies and execution plans.
- Coordinate deliveries, storage areas, crane operations, access control, traffic management, and laydown areas.
- Manage logistics subcontractors and service providers.
- Coordinate logistics interfaces with all project stakeholders and package owners.
- Monitor logistics performance against safety, schedule, and cost objectives.
- Ensure availability of construction resources and site infrastructure.
- Support construction sequencing and execution planning activities.
- Facilitate logistics coordination meetings.
- Identify and mitigate logistics-related risks.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and local regulations.
- Support project reporting and performance tracking.

## Show your expertise

- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Logistics Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction logistics management on large-scale projects.
- Experience working on hyperscale data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or major infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of site operations, construction sequencing, material flow, and contractor coordination.
- Experience managing logistics contractors and service providers.
- Proven project management and construction management capabilities.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Fluent English required.
- French language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in France.
