About this role
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead with a focus oncampaign planning, creative direction, and activations.
This role is established to provide dedicated ownership of the marketing function and ensure our campaigns are well-planned, integrated, and consistently executed, with strong ownership from planning through execution.
What you'll do:
- Own the monthly marketing plan and campaign strategy.
- Set the creative direction and messaging for integrated campaigns.
- Manage marketing operations, product communications, and activation execution.
- Own the activation strategy end-to-end.
- Review campaigns and ensure creative quality and consistency.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of marketing experience, both agency and in-house experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in owning integrated campaign strategy and creative direction.
- Hands-on experience in digital media buying and social media management/execution.
- Experience planning and executing events, activations, and workshops, ranging from small-scale initiatives to large-scale events.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries is preferred.
