About this role
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and reliability practices. You’ll play a key role in enabling fast, secure, and resilient product delivery while working closely with engineering, product, and security teams.
What you'll do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Improve system reliability, availability, and performance (SRE mindset)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across environments.
- Support production systems and lead incident response when needed.
- Contribute to DevOps best practices across teams.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps Engineering.
- Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Solid background in Linux, networking, and system architecture.
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes is a must.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Experience in high-availability, production environments, Fintech is a plus.
