Qualifications
What Youll Do
- Provide compassionate nursing care and monitor patient progress
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate nursing plans
- Administer medications safely within your scope of practice
- Support treatment plans and respond to medical emergencies
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Apply sound clinical judgment and critical thinking every shift
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality patient care
