Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse Regional Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for correctional healthcare programs across multiple facilities throughout Western North Carolina .

This is more than a management position. It is an opportunity to mentor clinical teams, strengthen partnerships with facility leadership, and help shape the future of correctional healthcare across your region.

As a Regional Manager, you'll support and develop nursing leaders, promote clinical excellence, and ensure facilities have the resources, guidance, and leadership needed to deliver exceptional patient care. What You'll Do

🩺 Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple correctional healthcare sites throughout Western North Carolina

πŸ‘₯ Mentor, coach, and develop Medical Team Administrators, Medical Services Coordinators, and nursing staff

🀝 Build collaborative relationships with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, facility leadership, and corporate partners

πŸ“ˆ Monitor clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staffing performance, and operational outcomes

πŸ“‹ Support hiring, onboarding, staff development, and succession planning

πŸ’‘ Identify opportunities for process improvement while promoting best clinical practices

πŸš— Travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight travel

πŸ“ž Participate in an on call leadership rotation and provide clinical support when needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

βœ” Current, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact multistate RN license

βœ” Previous nursing leadership or multi-site healthcare management experience required

βœ” Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills

βœ” Ability to lead multiple teams while managing competing priorities

βœ” Willingness to travel extensively throughout Western North Carolina

βœ” Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

βœ” Correctional healthcare experience preferred, but not required

βœ” Passion for leadership, relationship building, and operational excellence
