Customer Care Project & SRS Coordinator

Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Liaise both with the Sales Admin project coordination team and VDC team to ensure smooth Site Ready Solutions project handling and follow-up. This includes all quote and order related tasks, to ensure a timely and effective handling of the entire project.

- Liaise both with the Operations and Sales management team to ensure smooth project handling and follow-up. This includes all quote and order related tasks, to ensure a timely and effective handling of the entire project.

- Monitoring material availability, expediting items when required and thorough follow up.

- Liaising with the Supply Chain and the SRS Team to ensure timely availability of material

- Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability by consistently adhering to policies and procedures established by Customer Care and the organization.

- Assist the customer care team in analyzing and resolving customer requests, inquiries and/or concerns by utilizing best practices and established procedures. This is done in cooperation with the Customer Care Training and development team.

- Act as support for the Customer Care Training and development team.

- Assist in various tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Care management team.

EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENT:

- Proficient software skills such as Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & ERP
- Customer, goal & detail oriented
- Willing to be flexible in schedule
- Willing to make infrequent overnight travel
- Fluency in English, any other language is an asset
