Corrugated Packaging Company looking for production/ warehouse workers in Springfield, MA
2nd Shift hours: 3pm-1:00am Monday- Friday
Pay starting at: $21.57/hr
Warehouse/ Production Helper Responsibilities Include:
- We will train you to operate our converting machines to produce corrugated packaging. The world boxes!
- You will learn to perform routine maintenance on the machine & adjust the machine settings to achieve the desired dimensions and quality of the corrugated products
- Inspect the corrugated products for defects and take corrective actions as needed
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met safely with quality products
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as loading and unloading materials
