Join a High-Impact Finance Team
We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a seasoned accounting professional to support critical financial operations and reporting activities. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced corporate environments, enjoy taking ownership of complex accounting processes, and can bring structure and insight to the close and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review month-end and year-end close activities
- Perform account reconciliations, including general ledger, bank, and balance sheet accounts
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances
- Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
- Support audits and coordinate requests from external auditors
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
- Partner with finance and operational leaders to improve accounting processes
- Assist with special projects, system implementations, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience managing complex reconciliations and close activities
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA, CPA-track, or public accounting experience highly preferred
Preferred Experience
- Corporate accounting within mid-sized or large organizations
- Private equity-backed, multi-entity, or rapidly growing businesses
- ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Exposure to acquisitions, integrations, process improvements, or system implementations
