Reynolds Restoration Services is looking for an  experienced , self-motivated Project Manager to manage disaster restoration and reconstruction projects from initial estimate through completion. You'll spend approximately 40% of your time in the field and 60% in the office, with an administrative team to support your efforts in the field.   If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

- Inspect damaged properties and assess restoration needs on-site.

- Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate or Symbility.

- Collaborate closely with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and stakeholders.

- Coordinate vendors and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met.

- Handle change orders, manage budgets, and oversee project quality.

- Deliver top-tier customer service every step of the way.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in construction (high-end residential or general contracting preferred), or experienced as a property claims field adjuster.

- Experienced in projects range from $5k-$2M- primarily residential (80%), some light commercial (20%).

- Have strong relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.

- Proficient in reading plans, managing budgets, and keeping timelines on track.

- Being a creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box.

- Experience in Xactimate (XM8), Symbility, DASH, and Microsoft Office.

- Valid Driver's license and vehicle

- Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.

- Demonstrate a solutions approach and experience using non-traditional skills or methods in the reconstruction process.

Preferred:

- Education: 2–4-year technical degree preferred.

- IICRC Certifications
