A HARMAN csapatába Material Analyst kollégát keresünk, aki kulcsszerepet vállal az alapanyag-, félkész- és késztermék készletek elemzésében, az anyaghiányok kezelésében, valamint a gyártási és vevői igényváltozások logisztikai hatásainak felmérésében.

Ebben a pozícióban szorosan együttműködsz a termeléstervezéssel, beszerzéssel, a központi ellátási lánc menedzsment csapattal , termelés és minőségbiztosítási területekkel annak érdekében, hogy a gyártás anyagellátása biztosított legyen, miközben minimalizáljuk az obszolens és többletkészlet kialakulásának kockázatát.

Feladatok / What You Will Do

Hiányanyagok napi szintű nyomon követése rövid- és középtávon, szükség esetén anyagkifutási riportok készítése és alapanyag hiánylisták felkövetése

Anyag rendelkezésre állás elemzése, kritikus hiányok azonosítása és eszkalációja

Vevői igények és gyártástervek változásainak felkövetése, valamint azok hatásának elemzése alapanyag, félkész és késztermék szinten.

Anyaghiány vagy obszolens rizikó esetén döntéstámogató elemzések készítése, lehetséges akciók meghatározása és felkövetése.

Társterületekkel való aktív együttműködés

Customer Account Management csapat támogatása gyári készlet-, vevői rendelés- és alapanyag információkkal.

Részvétel belső és vevői kritikus anyag megbeszéléseken .

Operatív szervezet képviselete a megbeszéléseken, a HARMAN érdekeinek érvényesítése mellett.

A kijelölt termékcsaládokhoz tartozó félkész és késztermék SAP anyagbeállításainak ellenőrzése, szükség esetén korrekció jelzése a tervező vagy vevői kapcsolattartó felé.

Hardverváltások logisztikai oldalról történő koordinálása.

Döntéstámogatás készítése a hardverváltás optimális időzítéséhez, az anyaghiány és obszolens kockázatok figyelembevételével.

Kész- és félkésztermék készletek folyamatos nyomon követése a többlet- és obszolens készletek elkerülése érdekében.

Obszolens készlet kialakulása esetén elemzések készítése, akciók meghatározása és azok koordinálása a társterületekkel.

Elvárások / What You Need to Be Successful

Felsőfokú végzettség logisztika, gazdasági, ellátási lánc vagy műszaki területen, vagy releváns szakmai tapasztalat hasonló munkakörben.

Gyártási, logisztikai vagy supply chain környezetben szerzett tapasztalat.

Jó elemzőkészség és rendszerszemlélet.

Magabiztos Excel-ismeret, riportok és elemzések készítésében szerzett gyakorlat.

Képesség komplex adatok értelmezésére és döntéstámogató információk összeállítására.

Proaktív, megoldásorientált hozzáállás.

Jó kommunikációs készség .

Önálló munkavégzésre való képesség, ugyanakkor erős csapatmunka-szemlélet.

Tárgyalóképes a ngol és magyar nyelvtudás szóban és írásban.

Előny / Bonus Points if You Have

SAP vagy egyéb vállalatirányítási rendszer ismerete.

Autóipari vagy elektronikai gyártási környezetben szerzett tapasztalat.

Anyaghiány-kezelésben, készletgazdálkodásban vagy termeléstervezésben szerzett tapasztalat.

K észletkezelési tapasztalat.

Vevői vagy beszállítói egyeztetésekben szerzett tapasztalat.

Pay Transparency
The above represents the annual gross base salary range for this role.
