QA/QC Inspector | Marine & Industrial Production | Galați

For our client, a company active in the marine engineering and industrial sector , we are looking for an experienced QA/QC Inspector to join the QHSE team.

Location: Galați, Romania – 100% on-site

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, production and final quality inspections

- Inspect materials, assemblies, piping and equipment

- Review technical documentation and quality certificates

- Ensure material and consumable traceability

- Prepare inspection reports and measurement records

- Monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)

- Identify non-conformities (NCR) and follow corrective actions

- Coordinate Hold/Witness points with clients and classification societies

- Monitor calibration of inspection and measuring equipment

- Participate in internal, external and client audits

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of QA/QC inspection experience in maritime or industrial production

- Engineering degree – Mechanical, Naval, Industrial or Materials

- ISO 9001 Auditor certification

- Good understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes

- Knowledge of welding, measurement methods and surface protection

- Knowledge of Class Rules / IACS

- VT/PT/MT Level II or IWI/IWE certification is an advantage

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
