About this role

Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day general maintenance requirements across Decks outlets. • Attend to and coordinate resolution of issues related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil work, fixtures, equipment, and other outlet infrastructure. • Conduct regular outlet visits to identify maintenance requirements and pending issues. • Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for timely resolution of breakdowns and repairs. • Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed as per schedule. • Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, maintenance activities, and recurring issues. • Track maintenance complaints and ensure closure within defined TATs. • Follow up with vendors for pending jobs, quotations, service visits, and issue resolution. • Support maintenance requirements for new outlet openings, renovations, installations, and equipment setup. • Identify recurring maintenance issues and recommend corrective measures. • Ensure minimum disruption to outlet operations during maintenance activities. • Support the Operations team with any other maintenance-related requirements.
Key Skills & Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities, engineering, or a similar role. • Experience in QSR, restaurants, cafés, hospitality, retail, or multi-location businesses will be preferred. • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, HVAC, and general maintenance. • Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills. • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable travelling across Mumbai outlets. • Strong ownership and ability to independently manage maintenance issues. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.

• Timely closure of outlet maintenance issues. • Minimum downtime due to maintenance-related breakdowns. • Preventive maintenance completed as scheduled. • Accurate maintenance and breakdown records. • Effective vendor coordination and timely service delivery. • Smooth functioning of outlet infrastructure and equipment
