About this role
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Treasury or Front Office Product Management.
- Proven track record in leading and launching new structured products.
- People management and team leadership experience is highly preferred.
Technical & Product Knowledge
- Degree in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of structured product payoffs across: Equity Derivatives (EQD)
- Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD)
- Foreign Exchange Derivatives (FXD)
- Structured Investment Products
- Familiarity with product governance, regulatory requirements, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
Project & Systems Implementation
- Hands-on experience in front-office trading system implementation and enhancement projects.
- Ability to work effectively with Trading, IT, Operations, Risk, Legal & Compliance, and Project Management teams.
- Experience in managing cross-functional and regional initiatives.
Programming & Automation Skills
- Strong automation mindset with practical programming skills.
- Proficiency in Excel Formula and VBA.
- Capable of translating business requirements into system enhancements and automation solutions.
Leadership Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to independently drive strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced front-office environment.
