CRM Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible CRM Executive to join our CRM team. The role is primarily focused on executing CRM campaigns according to clearly defined briefs, processes, and requirements.

This is an execution-focused position with a significant amount of operational and manual work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and other communication channels based on provided briefs.

- Set up campaigns, journeys, bonuses, and customer communications in CRM tools according to defined requirements.

- Prepare, upload, and verify customer segments.

- Conduct detailed QA checks before every launch, including content, links, targeting, eligibility, timing, formatting, and campaign settings.

- Schedule and launch campaigns according to the CRM calendar and deadlines.

- Monitor campaign delivery and identify any issues or inconsistencies.

- Prepare basic campaign and performance reporting.

- Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal CRM procedures.

- Use AI tools to support daily work, improve efficiency, check content, analyze information, and reduce manual workload.

- Identify mistakes or inconsistencies and raise them before campaigns go live.

- Work closely with other CRM team members and relevant departments to ensure campaigns are delivered correctly and on time.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in CRM is required.

- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is required.

- Very high attention to detail  and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.

- Ability to follow briefs, procedures, and instructions precisely.

- Comfortable working with manual and repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Good knowledge and practical usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools.

- Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills.

- Upper-Intermediate English and higher.
