7pm-7am Rotation 2/2/3

$22.50/hour to start + $1.25/hr Shift Differential

Job Functions & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Responsible for monitoring and identifying critical control points (CCP) within the processes.

- Responsible for monitoring processes and product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

- Responsible for the correct documentation and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation.

- Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.

- Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices.

- Ensures and educates employees on quality expectations.

- Collect product samples for the Quality lab.

- Perform inspections on in-process printing to ensure quality and accuracy of the print according to customer specifications.

- Identifying non-conformances and ensuring they are corrected “real time” when feasible.

- Working directly with Operations on the presses, slitter, lamination, etc. to identify areas for continuous improvement.

- Ensuring paperwork is accurate and filled out in a timely manner on the production lines.

Qualifications:

- Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in printing, food, or regulated industry with knowledge of GMP’s (21CFR 110/111/210/211).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package software is essential.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent time management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail is essential.

Other knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Self-motivated with proven leadership skills.

- Prior experience in food environment a plus.

- Must be able to work in a team environment.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure, and in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.

- Flexible availability: we work night and weekend shifts.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and be able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

- Must be able to make immediate decisions on disposition.

- Must be dependable and work within Company conduct standards; consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance.

Physical Demands:

- Able to lift to 50-80 lbs.

- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time

- Bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing ladders

- Ability to work with high temperature materials

- Ability to work with chemicals for cleaning
