Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Assist with feeding and meal setup
- Obtain and record vital signs, weights, heights, and intake/output measurements
- Provide incontinence care and preventive skin care
- Turn and reposition residents according to their care plans
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition or behavior
- Maintain accurate and timely resident records
- Keep resident rooms clean, safe, and organized
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care

Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- CNA certification must be in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing
- CPR Healthcare Provider certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
