About this role
We are currently seeking experienced caregivers for a client in Ventura. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on caregiving experience and availability for both Saturday and Sunday overnight shifts. A reliable personal vehicle is required.

What Youll Be Doing
- Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Provide companionship and support independence
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping
- Accompany individuals to appointments and activities
- Provide medication reminders
- Communicate with families and the CARE Homecare team
- Document care and important changes

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of caregiving or direct care experience
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday overnight shifts
- Must have a working smartphone and be able to use required mobile apps
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Current negative TB test
- First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a Live Scan/background check
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Dementia experience preferred
