CARE Homecare has clients throughout the San Fernando Valley, including Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Northridge, and surrounding areas.

What Youll Be Doing
- Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Provide companionship and support independence
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping
- Accompany individuals to appointments and activities
- Provide medication reminders
- Communicate with families and the CARE Homecare team
- Document care and important changes

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving or direct care experience
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Valid drivers license
- Must have a working smartphone and be able to use required mobile apps
- Current negative TB test
- First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a Live Scan/background check
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dementia experience preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
