PrideStaff San Diego is building a bench of qualified Return Goods Coordinators for upcoming opportunities with our distribution and industrial clients in the San Diego area. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and ready to move quickly when the right opportunity opens, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities Manage returned merchandise from receipt through final disposition Inspect returns and damaged goods to determine condition and next steps (restock, scrap, rework) Log returns accurately and support inventory reconciliation Coordinate with customer service, sales, and warehouse teams on discrepancies Communicate with vendors on RMAs and pending credits Use pallet jacks and scanners; maintain an organized workspace
What you bring: High school diploma or GED, or 2-4 years of related experience Electrical, industrial, or distribution experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting
Requirements: Steel-toe boots (PPE), ability to pass a background check and drug screen
