As an Expert Project Planning & Scheduling (m/f/d), you drive the development, coordination, and quality of integrated project schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle. Working hand in hand with interdisciplinary teams, you provide expert-level planning input and take a lead role in shaping planning standards,  mentoring  colleagues, and continuously improving scheduling processes through influence and expertise rather than hierarchical management.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project schedules using  Primavera P6
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct schedule analyses (e.g., critical path, earned value) and prepare performance reports
- Contribute to  risk management  by identifying time-critical factors early on
- Drive the continuous improvement of internal scheduling processes and standards

## Show your expertise

- Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in  project scheduling , ideally in plant construction / semiconductor environment
- Proficient in  Primavera P6  and  MS Office  tools
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Structured, independent working style with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work on-site for extended periods
