Leading Industrial Projects & Semiconductor Company Seeking an Experienced Project Scheduler
A leading company in the industrial projects and semiconductor sector is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to lead the planning, project controls, and digital transformation aspects of major projects.
The ideal candidate will be, first and foremost, a scheduling expert with extensive experience in complex project environments, full proficiency in Primavera P6, and a proven track record in developing, managing, updating, and analyzing project schedules. In addition, the role requires advanced knowledge of Power BI and AI-based tools to develop innovative solutions that support project management and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Project Scheduling (Core Responsibility)
Develop and establish comprehensive schedules for complex projects.
Maintain and regularly update project schedules while monitoring overall progress.
Perform Critical Path Analysis and identify schedule-driven risks.
Identify scheduling risks and provide recommendations to project management.
Generate status reports, forecasts, and performance improvement recommendations.
Collaborate closely with project management, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Data Analytics & Power BI
Design and develop advanced management dashboards.
Develop data models, Power Query solutions, and DAX calculations.
Analyze project performance trends and generate actionable business insights.
Automate reporting and project control processes.
Artificial Intelligence & Copilot
Develop and implement Microsoft Copilot agents to support project management activities.
Utilize AI tools to analyze project data and schedules.
Develop automation solutions to enhance Project Controls processes.
Implement innovative solutions based on Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform ecosystem.
Requirements
Proven experience in project scheduling for large-scale, complex projects.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
Strong expertise in Power BI, including Data Modeling, Power Query, and DAX.
Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot, and automation tools in a business environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in industrial, EPC, construction, or semiconductor projects is a significant advantage.

- Full proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules.
- Experience in Critical Path Analysis and project controls.
- Experience working with senior management and clients.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
- Experience in developing dashboards and data analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot.
- High level of English proficiency.

The ideal candidate is capable of leading the next generation of Project Controls through the effective use of Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and advanced digital solutions.
