About this role
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in product design.
- Expertise in designing and prototyping in Figma .
- High bar for quality, with excellent visual, UI and mobile interaction skills.
- Service design mindset, framing problems in the context of our UX strategy while executing at low levels of detail.
- You always create clickable prototypes while discussing your UX solutions.
- Great English communication (minimum B2) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , LottieFiles , or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
- Proven ability to create micro interactions, UX gamification and business understanding in the past worked projects.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
