Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver engaging tour narration
- Ensure passenger safety and follow emergency procedures
- Assist with crowd control and deckhand duties
- Prepare and clean vessels before and after dives
- Test equipment and report operational concerns
- Assist with towing, submarine hook-up, and maintenance
- Serve as the designated emergency diver
- Support the Captain and crew as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento
- Strong public-speaking and customer-service skills
- Friendly, responsible, and a good team player
- Able to complete the ASI Attendant and Deckhand Training Program
