Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen / Riyadh Season

Career Land Center is hiring experienced culinary professionals to join an exciting restaurant project during Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract: 6 months
Start Date: October 2026

Requirements:

- Previous professional experience as a Chef de Partie, Hot Kitchen Chef, or in a similar culinary position.

- Experience working in a professional restaurant, hotel, or high-volume kitchen.

- Strong knowledge of hot kitchen preparation and cooking techniques.

- Ability to prepare dishes consistently according to recipes and quality standards.

- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene.

- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.

- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

- Culinary training or relevant professional experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook hot dishes according to established recipes and restaurant standards.

- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

- Complete mise en place and prepare the assigned section before service.

- Maintain an organized and efficient hot kitchen section.

- Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen team members.

- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service.

- Assist with inventory control and minimize food waste.

- Support the kitchen team in delivering an excellent guest experience.
