PRIDESTAFF is currently seeking dependable, motivated, and energetic Forklift / Warehouse Associates for a distribution company in Romeoville, IL.
These are TEMP-TO-HIRE opportunities starting at $ 20.00 per hour
2nd shift- 3:00pm-11:30pm Mon-Fri
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, team-player mentality, and excellent attendance!
**Must be okay with getting off PIT and packing - this would be a large part of the position.
Job Duties:
Material handling - shipping and receiving, loading/unloading, packaging and palletizing as needed Receive goods, inspect condition, and verify items against record of shipment Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications Document, both written and computerized, and record logs of shipped items Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of previous warehouse/distribution experience 6 months forklift experience + forklift certification PREFERRED Ability to operate a stand-up forklift PREFERRED Must be reliable and safety conscious. Attendance and teamwork are key!
