Our client is a well-established SAP software company developing innovative SAP solutions for an international customer base. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced **Senior SAP ABAP Developer** to join their development team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about software development and enjoys designing high-quality SAP solutions while working with the latest SAP technologies.
This is a permanent role, full time, hybrid based near Zurich.
Tasks
* Design, develop, and enhance enterprise SAP solutions using modern ABAP
* Develop complex applications using **ABAP Objects** and clean development principles
* Design and implement robust software architectures and technical concepts
* Develop and integrate SAP applications within **SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud** environments
* Build and enhance SAP Fiori applications and user interfaces
* Develop solutions leveraging **SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)**
* Collaborate closely with product management, consultants, and customers to deliver innovative solutions
* Support customers with technical analysis, troubleshooting, and product enhancements
* Contribute to software quality, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Several years of professional experience as an SAP ABAP Developer
* Strong expertise in **ABAP Objects** and object-oriented software development
* Experience developing solutions for **SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud**
* Hands-on experience with **SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)**
* Experience developing or extending **SAP Fiori** applications
* Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and SAP development best practices
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
* Independent, proactive, and quality-focused approach to work
* Fluent C1+ German and good English language skills
