Technical Project Manager

About Anblicks Anblicks is a Cloud Data Engineering and AI company helping global enterprises modernize their data ecosystems through Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, and Advanced Analytics . We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale Data, Databricks, Analytics, and AdTech transformation programs . The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of modern data platforms and architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Databricks, Analytics, and AdTech projects .
- Manage project scope, roadmap, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and distributed technical teams.
- Provide technical oversight for Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Lakehouse architectures .
- Work with architects and engineering teams on data ingestion, transformation, modeling, governance, performance, and cost optimization.
- Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, Product, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Act as the key technical and delivery interface for client stakeholders and provide executive-level project updates.
- Drive Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, quality, risk management, and delivery governance .
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and delivery challenges to ensure predictable project execution.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience , with strong experience in Technical Project/Program Management.
- Proven experience delivering Data Engineering, Data Modernization, Analytics, or Cloud Data projects .
- Strong technical understanding of Databricks and Lakehouse architecture .
- Knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Data Modeling .
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
- Excellent client, stakeholder, and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing distributed teams and multiple project workstreams .
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PgMP / CSM / PSM certification.
- Databricks certification is a plus.
- Experience in AdTech, Digital Advertising, MarTech, or Customer Analytics .
- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or Advanced Analytics initiatives.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Airflow, dbt , or similar tools.
