About this role

Your Mission

- Leadership in Organizational Consulting Projects: You will lead projects or actively participate in major organizational consulting projects. This includes accompanying global interventions, strategic initiatives, corporate culture projects, reorganizations, and enterprise-level transformations. You will shape the entire consulting process, design change and team development measures according to global standards/benchmarks, and implement them purposefully.

- Team Development: You will design, conduct, and moderate team-oriented development measures in all global business units of KARL STORZ, utilizing recognized OD tools and models.

- Leadership Development: You will create individual leadership and executive development measures using diagnostic tools and implement them, for example, through coaching activities.

- Project Management and Stakeholder Management: You will holistically manage change projects and control external service providers within your area of responsibility.

- Integration of HR Functions: You will enable local HR functions to implement change and development activities as part of change projects.

Your Talents

- A completed university degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in human resources and/or organizational development, ideally in an international environment.

- Experience in supporting individual and organizational change processes as well as development measures.

- Strong communication and facilitation skills.

- Conceptual abilities and holistic methodological competence.

- Convincing presence, empathy, and assertiveness.

- Advantageous: Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci) and systemic coaching training.

- Proficient in German and English.

- Willingness to travel 10-20%.
