This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring operational excellence, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors, and driving continuous improvements that enhance service performance and customer satisfaction.

Your Impact as Operation Executive (Chinese Language)

🔹 Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnership and retention.

- Act as the key operational contact for customers and support day-to-day account management activities.

- Ensure customer requests and operational requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.

- Conduct regular customer reviews to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

🔹 Operational Performance & Service Excellence

- Monitor and control operational performance to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are achieved.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational solutions and customer requirements.

- Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service quality.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.

🔹 Forecasting & Business Coordination

- Communicate with customers across divisions to gather daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting information.

- Align customer demand forecasts with operational planning and resource requirements.

- Work closely with site management teams to ensure operational readiness and resource optimization.

- Support strategic account development initiatives.

🔹 Cost Management & Continuous Improvement

- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives within the operation.

- Monitor operational costs and recommend efficiency improvements.

- Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and operational performance reviews.

- Contribute to account profitability and sustainable business growth.

🔹 Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Maintain effective communication with vendors and customers to ensure smooth operational execution.

- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with DHL quality, safety, security, and operational standards.

- Support organic business growth through excellent customer service and operational execution.

What We're Looking For

Education

✅ Minimum Diploma Degree from any discipline, preferably Logistics or Supply Chain-related fields
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
✅ Additional logistics, supply chain, or customer operations certifications are advantageous

Experience

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customer Operations environments
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operational Executive or similar role
✅ Experience managing customer relationships and operational performance
✅ Understanding of Chinese business culture and customer engagement practices
