Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, plan, and development of Hyve’s internal Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Inventory applications, dashboards, and reporting
- Work with technical, process, and functional teams to integrate business logic and other corporate requirements with Hyve's proprietary ERP system
- Act as a liaison between end users and IT teams to develop, implement and/or improve business operational processes and ERP enhancements
- Develop and deploy programs that leverage information from data warehouses and provide visibility to stakeholders
- Coordinate ERP development efforts with user requirements, testing, sign-off and business integration
- Project prioritization and objective management to meet business-required milestones
- Regularly test ERP infrastructure and deliver a vulnerability assessment and work with IT resources to address gaps in the ERP infrastructure
- Manage large-scale projects as well as multiple smaller projects
- Effectively analyze and translate business needs and requirements to internal IT resources
- Track and report development statuses (schedule, budget, milestones, metrics, key events, risks, and issues) to appropriate management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years related project management experience
- Preferred understanding of Warehouse and Inventory Management, including but not limited to Inbound and Outbound processes
- Experience working with various project execution methodologies like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
- Availability to travel to customer, supplier, and company locations as needed. Travel is estimated at up to 25% of the time.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to interact and collaborate with internal technical teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive IT, functional, and technical resources
- Experience supporting the management of an initiative from a concept through to a concrete deliverable applying specialist technical knowledge
- Demonstrated verbal and written analytical/problem solving, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to change the thinking, or gain acceptance, of others in sensitive situations
- Deep exposure developing and creating project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines
- Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint). Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Smartsheets preferred.
- PMP and/or CSM certification preferred but not required
- Technical expertise with Jira and Confluence preferred but not required
