JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with financial reconciliation packages and monthly balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with GAAP
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, accounts payable and receivables
- Prepare all AP transactions for disbursements and review for unusual activity/addbacks
- Reconcile deposits from ERP system to cash accounts
- Other ad hoc projects
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in Accounting
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Detail-Oriented, Team Player, Solid communication skills
- Proficient excel skills
PREFERED EXPERIENCE
- CPA License
- M&A experience
- Experience with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks
- Manufacturing/inventory experience
