About the Role
We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Multimedia Content Creator to transform existing expert-led content into compelling, modern, and platform-ready multimedia experiences.
You will work with an extensive content library and footage created by subject matter experts. Your primary focus will be editing, repurposing, and reimagining this material into polished long-form and short-form content designed for today’s audiences. You will also help improve production efficiency by incorporating AI-powered tools and scalable content workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical production skills with a modern, social-media-native creative perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Multimedia Production and Editing
- Edit and repurpose expert-led content into polished, platform-ready multimedia assets
- Cut, restructure, and enhance existing footage based on established content outlines
- Edit self-filmed and user-generated footage into engaging, professional-quality content
- Maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with established brand standards
- Organize and maintain the content database, including proper metadata and content classification
Content Repurposing
- Transform existing content into new formats, including short clips, summaries, and derivative assets
- Identify opportunities to extend the reach and value of existing content
- Adapt long-form material for different audiences, platforms, and consumption habits
Short-Form and Social-Native Content
- Create engaging short-form content that makes expert knowledge accessible and easy to consume
- Produce formats such as reels, micro-lessons, animated explainers, and carousel-style content
- Bring fresh creative ideas and a strong understanding of current social-media content styles
- Apply a modern visual approach to educational and wellbeing-focused content
AI-Enabled Content Creation
- Use AI-powered production tools to support editing, content transformation, and workflow efficiency
- Contribute to the development of scalable, AI-assisted content-production processes
- Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and identify practical ways to incorporate them into production
Production Operations
- Maintain efficient production workflows, version control, and asset-management practices
- Ensure content integrity and consistency across formats and outputs
- Manage assigned projects independently, from creative brief through final delivery
Tools and Platforms
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or an equivalent professional editing platform
- Brightcove or a similar video-hosting and content-management platform
- AI-powered content-creation and production tools
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both polished long-form editing and short-form, social-native content
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered content-creation tools
- Proficiency in professional video-editing software
- Experience editing self-filmed or user-generated footage
- Strong creative judgment and an up-to-date understanding of modern digital content
- Ability to interpret a creative brief and independently manage work through completion
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and file-management skills
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is considered an asset
