Compensation and Benefits
Caregiver/CNA pay: $17.00–$19.50 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Run errands and grocery shopping for clients
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow individualized care plans to support client independence and safety
Who We're Looking For
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Ability to pass required background screenings
Prior home care, caregiving, healthcare, or personal care experience preferred but not required
CNA certification is welcome but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
