Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot middleware and integration platforms.
- Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
- Develop and maintain Shell/Bash scripts to automate operational tasks.
- Support production environments while ensuring system availability and performance.
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
- Document operational procedures, support activities, and system changes.
- Participate in on-call support and production maintenance activities as required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Linux or Unix operating systems is required.
- Knowledge of Shell or Bash scripting is required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to work in an Operations Support/Service Management environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM Cast Iron, and IBM DataPower .
- Basic knowledge of SQL .
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in Business Analysis is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft is a strong plus.
