About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Provide clinical support and guidance to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff on product usage. • Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training at hospitals and healthcare facilities. • Identify new hospitals, accounts, and business opportunities in the assigned territory. • Support clinical evaluations, trials, product adoption, and conversion of new accounts. • Build strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, hospital management, and key decision-makers. • Support the sales team with clinical insights, product positioning, and customer requirements. • Handle customer queries, troubleshooting, and post-application support. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. • Maintain records of hospital visits, leads, demonstrations, trials, and customer interactions. • Achieve assigned clinical and business development targets by driving product adoption and sales growth.
Qualification and Skills: • Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM • Experience: 2–5 years of clinical experience (hospital/ICU/OT exposure preferred). • Strong understanding of clinical procedures and patient care. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hospital accounts. • Experience in wound care, critical care, or surgical assistance
