Responsibilities
- Operation management
Ensure stable product supply of quality and volume, p-OTIF > 98%.
- Manages and optimizes performance and utilization of production unit as cost & capacity, process.
- Maintain site infrastructure and equipment and control maintenance spending according to yearly budget
- Inventory control of raw materials, intermedia, spare parts, consumables, FGs and packaging material.
- Site service activities
Develop local site according to BU strategy and requirement of regional management.
- Proposes yearly investment plan and monitors CAPEX implementation and cost.
- Maintain site permits according to local regulation
- Maintain good relationship with local communities and neighbourhood
- Safety & Improvement
Execute Clariant ESHA standard, improve site safety and Product Safety standards.
- Continuously improve operational excellence for production.
- Sustainability improvement follow the defined target
- People and organization management.
Manage, motivate, and develop employees in the local operation team.
- Effectively manages succession planning within area of responsibility.
- Legal Responsibility
Ensure site compliance with local legislation and corporate policy for all Clariant units.
- Secure all ESHA matters in line with corporate policies and local legislation
Requirements
- Bachelor or above.
- 5+ years of CLNX, 5+ years of operations/production.
- Fluent English communication skill.
- Basic knowledge of financial measures
