About this role

What Youll Do:

- Provide leadership with essential support in the areas of corporate compliance and quality improvement through activities such as compliance audits, site visits and continuous review or analysis of Life Plans, Staff Action Plans and LOCs – with the goal of ensuring that the IAHDs risks and vulnerabilities are identified and addressed as quickly as possible.

- Will be responsible for reviewing all documentation required for billing purposes, in collaboration with the Directors of Residential Services, to ensure compliance with OPWDD and OMIG regulatory standards.

- Will work closely with the Area Coordinator and Residential Compliance Specialist/QIDP to conduct internal audits and reviews as well as staff training.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

BA degree human services, psychology, social work, special education

Experience & Skills:

- Knowledge of OPWDD, OMIG, DOH , and DFS regulations

- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred

- Proficiency in person-centered planning, instructional methods, and progress tracking

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Valid New York State drivers license is required

- Understanding of OPWDD regulations and the ability to maintain accurate documentation
