We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to work in our Westchester County, NY Locations.
What is a Direct Support Professional?
Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), promoting community integration and inclusion, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, teaching daily and independent living skills.
Job Types
Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem Shifts Available
Location Bedford Hills, NY
(We have other locations throughout Westchester County, NY)
- White Plains, NY
- Yorktown Heights, NY
- Croton on Hudson, NY
- Sleepy Hollow, NY
Compensation $17.70 - $18.50 per hour (Based on qualifications and experience)
Hiring managers will be conducting (in-person) interviews at this event.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License Required (preferred but not required)
- High School Diploma Preferred for DSP
- No prior experience is required to become a DSP as training will be provided
- All job-specific training will be conducted at IAHD Training HUB or specific work location. Must be able to attend New Employee Orientation for 3 days
Shift Available
Our shifts are as follows:
- Evenings – 3pm – 11pm
- Overnights – 11pm – 7am
- Weekends – 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm, 11pm – 7am
