Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime (MTBF improvement) across lines through effective preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Execute and monitor planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for critical assets such as conveyors, tightening systems, robots, and utilities
- Lead breakdown maintenance activities , ensuring minimum downtime and quick restoration of production operations
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring equipment failures
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure zero disruption to takt time and line balancing
- Manage and maintain spare parts inventory , ensuring availability of critical spares while optimizing cost
- Implement and sustain TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) pillars , including Autonomous Maintenance and Focused Improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, and EHS requirements during maintenance activities
