Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the White County Detention Center in Georgia.

This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, patient-centered healthcare in a unique environment where your skills, compassion, and clinical judgment can make a real difference every day.

📅 Your Schedule

- Every other Thursday

- Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday

- 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

- Full-time schedule

🩺 What You'll Do

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you will provide direct patient care to individuals in a correctional healthcare setting while working as part of a dedicated medical team.

Responsibilities may include:

- Providing nursing care and treatment according to established protocols

- Administering medications and treatments

- Monitoring patient conditions and identifying changes in health status

- Responding to medical needs and emergencies

- Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation

- Communicating with providers and other members of the healthcare team

- Promoting a safe, respectful, and professional healthcare environment

Qualifications

✅ Qualifications

- Current LPN license in the state of Georgia

- Current CPR certification

- Previous nursing experience preferred

- Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team

- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
