As an Outside Direct Sales Representative, you'll help customers stay connected by introducing them to industry-leading internet, TV, mobile, and phone services while building a rewarding career with uncapped earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Connect with homeowners in your assigned territory.
- Recommend customized solutions based on each customer's needs.
- Build relationships, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work full-time and on foot for extended periods
Preferred:
- Passion for sales and helping customers
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
- Knowledge of telecom products and services
- Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems
