JOB TITLE
Associate - Logistics & Import | MAF Retail | Head Office KSA
ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Logistic and Import is responsible for supporting the DC supply chain function /team by handling the day to day supplier management and administrative related tasks.
ROLE PROFILE
- Prepare purchase orders based on customer orders and business requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding invoices and shipment documentation.
- Verify supplier invoices against proof of delivery and update records in the system.
- Ensure accurate and complete data entry across logistics and supply chain systems.
- Maintain logistics, supplier, and shipment records while supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support compliance with company policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA) procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics, Import, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Merchandise functions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of English.
