We're looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Houston County Detention Center in Georgia.
This is a full time night shift position working 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM on a rotating schedule .

🩺 What You'll Do
As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you'll provide hands-on nursing care while working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities may include:
- Administering medications and treatments
- Performing nursing assessments and monitoring patient conditions
- Responding to urgent and routine medical needs
- Communicating patient concerns to the appropriate medical providers
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Providing patient education and compassionate care
- Following established policies, procedures, and correctional healthcare standards
Qualifications
✅ Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, professional approach to patient care
- Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!
