About this role

Main Responsibilities

- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new mobility wholesale business opportunities across regional and global markets.

- Strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth, improve sales performance, and explore new commercial opportunities.

- Lead the formulation, negotiation, and closure of commercial offers and contractual agreements with wholesale customers.

- Oversee daytoday account management activities, including handling customer inquiries, disputes, complaints, latepayment issues, and operational coordination.

- Provide timely market intelligence and competitive insights to support strategic planning and the development of the mobility wholesale portfolio.

- Prepare regular and adhoc management reports covering financial performance, pipeline status, and project progress

Skills & Qualifications

- University degree or Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a commercial role within the telecommunications sector and 3 years in a managerial capacity.

- Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for the Assistant Vice President level.

- Strong knowledge of mobile and fixed network services across wholesale and retail
domains, including telecom regulatory frameworks and interconnection practices.

- Deep commercial and technical expertise in mobility services such as, IMSI profile Wholesale, IoT, IPX, 5G SA, A2P SMS, and other mobile valueadded services.

- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including external partners and internal business and technical teams, and to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- Proven capability to monitor global industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and maintain competitive advantage.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage customers, internal teams, and vendors effectively.

- Excellent command of Mandarin, English, and Cantonese; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
