About this role
Qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience with the .NET Framework is required.
- Proficient in SQL or PL/SQL .
- Experience in SQL performance tuning is an advantage.
- Experience in data processing and data extraction is a plus.
- Knowledge of Allegro ETRM/ESRM is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Windows Server Administration is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in an Operations Support/Service Management environment.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL is an advantage.
- Business Analysis experience is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite on regular weekdays under either:
Regular Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM , or
- Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Willing to render overtime , on-call support , and work on weekends and holidays as required.
