About this role
Support workforce planning, personnel cost (P Cost), and people-related operating expenses (Opex) at bank-wide level. Provide HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights to support HR strategy, executive decision-making, and strategic initiatives of the Bank. The role focuses on strong analytical capability, HR data management, and close collaboration with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Units.
