About the opportunity
Are you passionate about sales operations, data-driven decision-making, and leading high-performing teams? Join QIAGEN as a Senior Sales Coordinator Team Lead and play a key role in supporting our APEC commercial organization. In this regional role, you will combine hands-on operational expertise with team leadership responsibilities, ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes, contract administration, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Legal, and Commercial Excellence teams to drive operational excellence and support business growth across multiple APEC markets.
Your tasks include
- Leading and coaching a team of Sales Coordinators while fostering accountability, collaboration, and service excellence across the region.
- Coordinating quotations, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, customer requirements, administrative activities, and issue resolution to ensure excellent customer support.
- Managing Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP reporting, dashboards, data validation, and data quality initiatives to improve business visibility and execution.
- Coordinating the preparation, tracking, renewal monitoring, and compliance of sales contracts and reagent-rental agreements.
- Acting as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Legal, Service, and other key stakeholders across the APEC region.
- Supporting onboarding, SOP maintenance, governance activities, and capability-building initiatives within the Sales Coordination function.
- Driving continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, compliance, and commercial execution.
Your profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid experience in sales coordination, sales operations, commercial operations, contract administration, or a comparable business support function.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or coordinating teams in a regional, matrix, or multi-country environment.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP, including reporting, data extraction, validation, cleansing, and operational support.
- Experience managing quotations, purchase orders, pricing documentation, contracts, compliance requirements, and audit-ready processes.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional APEC language capabilities are advantageous.
