Your Tasks
- customer service via mail and phone
- identifying customer demands and introducing the product range
- providing information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms
- ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Your Profile
- fluent in speaking finnish
- good knowledge of English in spoken and written language
- good working knowledge of MS Office
- Sales or Telemarketing experience preferable
- confident and professional on the phone
- target driven personality, friendly and communicative
